On this day in Christian History by Robert J Morgan
365 Amazing and Inspiring stories about Saints, Martyrs, and Heroes.

I have to say I really have enjoyed this book. I love learning about new things, and this book is full of things that I never knew about. It is very well written and easy to read. I read quite a few of the days to my children and they were able to understand what I was reading, and were always interested in what it had to say.  One event we really enjoyed reading about was November 3. Did you know that that before 1783 Sunday School was never really had? That it is was started because Sunday was the one day a week that the kids didn't work and so they went crazy doing everything and anything they could, so Robert Raikes wanted something for the kids to do and and a place for them to learn. So he started a school on Sunday's and thought them to read and about the Bible and other subjects. I am amazed by this story and how it all came together. This is only one story in this book and there are so many more and they are all this good! I look forward to sharing this book with my friends and family.

Just starting out

This is a new blog for me. I wanted something not about my family but for me. Somewhere that I could post about things I read, do, see etc. I hope that with this blog I can help others learn more about things in the world through the eyes of a stay at home mom of 3, and how I see them. Where will this blog go... I do not know.... But lets find out together!
Talk to you later....
